Exactly. And it would be really stupid to try and cheap out on it because if he leaves, you know we'll pay his replacement almost the same amount that any raise would be. Campbell got more at first than Rhoads ever did and while there's no need to re-litigate that whole issue, Rhoads was paid at the bottom of the Big 12.

Campbell has 13 conference wins in just 3 years, and 11 in the past two. In the 7 years Rhoads was here we managed just 16 conference wins. In fact, going back to 2006, Chizik and McCarney only combined for 3 conference wins.

He is. He made $4.1 million or more this last year with the bonuses paid. Campbell gets a $500,000 bonus for winning 6 games.
Win just 6 games and he makes more than $4 million. The $500,000 bonus for winning 6 games should be attained every year.

I increased my donation from Cardinal to Gold this past year for a few different reasons - one of which was Campbell.
But let’s face it, it’s TV dollars and big donors that matter here not my $500 more per year.
Wow, Heacock the only one on the list and way down the list. This definitely needs attention. Could hold off on Campbells raise till next year and give a big bump to the staff this year.
