Murph and Andy are hands down unlistenable. The way they talk, I don’t even think they enjoy their job.

Heard it and then shut the show off when they brought some hawk guest on. Even though we are young the goal was always that the team would be returning to the big dance this year.
Murphy's kids go to Iowa. He's becoming more Hawk by the day. Instead of sports and more being their tagline it should really be hawks and more.
Fales is an idiot. Said yesterday even with the disappointing 0-2 start to big ten play Iowa fans have still got to like their position heading into the cyhawk game with ISU having low expectations. Lol. Iowa can certainly win but if I was an Iowa fan I would be dreading this game.

I'd have to think that Fales is being misinterpreted here. Maybe he meant that this isn't as vital to us in terms of post season as it is to them?
You could somewhat forgive it if ISU hadn't easily been the better basketball program for 20 years straight now.
ISU has "low expectations" adding two key transfers and a top 25 recruiting class to a group of returning players that includes a potential first round draft pick??? Anyone paid to write or talk sports sucks at their job if you think that team isn't gunning to win games in the NCAA tournament right now.
If he truly did say he didn't think we had post-season aspirations this year, the dude's clueless and I wouldn't be surprised if he isn't being misrepresented.

Yeah, I might have to go back and listen to the sound bite for myself. What he supposedly said makes zero sense. If they had low postseason expectations then the Iowa game would be huge, right? I'm wondering if he said or meant to say that ISU has postseason aspirations and therefore this game isn't as meaningful to them(still kind of a dumb thing to say, but at least it makes a little sense).
