I agree with the theory people bashing Milky Ways HAVE to be thinking of 3 Musketeers. Milky Ways are one of my favs.

Gotta go with raisinettes. Even when we were kids my Dad bought bridge mix instead of Malted Milk Balls or Stars so we kids wouldn't eat everything - we left the raisinettes for dear ol' Dad.

I kind of like the peanut butter kisses (the black and orange wrapped toffee with the peanut butter centers) but they have to be fresh and soft.

I will probably get blasted for this, but I've never been a fan of Snickers. Something about the nuts, I guess.

Tops will pretty much always be M&M Peanut or Butterfingers.

A thread about worst candy can't be complete without a mention of the Tootsie Roll. What a waste of calories.

where to start, candy corn obviously, mounds as North said, milk duds, 3 musketeers, and those orange candy peanuts.

I really like candy corn in moderation, but mostly mixed with roasted peanuts, but I like Salted Nut Rolls, so... I also really like Milky Way and am starting to really like the dark chocolate MW. I used to hate black jelly beans but I'm acquiring a taste for those things. I think it's just an issue when you get over 40, you not only tolerate things you once hated, but now actually like them. Tootsie Rolls are one of those I've started to like. Oh, and I really like banana laffy taffy. I love Peppermint Patties and Junior Mints. I used to hate raisinettes, but now actually like them.

I think the only candy I don't like anymore is any of the Chinese-made crap that is made to taste like good ol' 'Merican-made goodness. You just know they poisoned it.
(Man, was this an ADHD-ramble...)
This guy knows what's up. I agree 100% with this post.

Circus Peanuts!

And yes, they're gross.

I had a Brittany Spaniel who would disagree completely with you. He would do dang near anything for a circus peanut, including jumping through hoops. He was a big Britt, 21" at the shoulder, but he could tuck and jump through a Huffy bicycle tire held a couple of feet off the ground and grab the peanut out of my fingers before his feet touched the ground on the far side. He would also let me balance them on his nose, then on my command flip them up & catch them.

He was very talented, but he had lousy taste in candy!

Can I add in a vote for worst decision by a candy executive? Whoever decided to change the green Skittle from lime flavor to green apple. That dude/dudette should be fired immediately!

This a billion. I eat my skittles by color... and green was ALWAYS my last color to eat. Imagine being in highschool, all pumped about about Skittles and then having apple as the flavor you are left with. It is not even like they plastered it all over the bag "Now with apple" nope... they just changed the word lime to apple on their little Skittle scale. Criminal.

Dogs eat poop too. Not the most discerning palate.
