These numbers are a bit false. I doubt we actually averaged 12,000+ fans. Maybe tickets sold sure.

Man, Iowa under 10k on the year? Gosh that is mindblowing. They averaged 5k more per game not that long ago.

Wow, Baylor had a great team, and bad attendance. I would have loved an ISU team that performed like Baylor did this year.

This is the reason why all the recruits should consider Iowa State. No matter how terrible we are, we still support our mens bball team!!!!

Third in the Big 12 when having a bad team is pretty cool. I don't understand, though - is this season tickets sold? Because some of those look iffy even when considering season tickets sold and not attendance.

The biggest downer is Baylor.....with the team they had I would expect them to sellout with Drew as their coach ect.

I'm sure the calculation is just total tickets sold divided by the number of home games. So anything that qualifies as a ticket is used in the calculation. So to answer your question, season tickets are included in addition to single game tickets.

How can our rabid ticket-buying not be a huge selling point???

With the anticipated uptick in sales (and actual attendance next year), has anyone else pictured guys on their recruiting visit seeing a packed house for a .500 team, a packed house going crazy (especially when the coach is announced), and Coach Hoiberg talking later to that young man and pointing out that this is how ISU treats their guys. Maybe after pointing to that number hanging up in the rafters.

Where does Duke rank? Doesn't "Cameron Indoor Stadium" seat something like 30,000 per game? I figured they'd be number one.
