Who is the better QB?

I've been arguing this with my friends for years. Who is the better quarterback, Shane Falco or Johnny Utah?

The QB is in a leadership position. That's more important than the physical tools. Leadership lasts longer than the physical stuff.

I don't even remember what movie Johnny Utah is in. Falco must be more memorable to me, and thus, the better QB.
