OK, OK I'll answer this myself.
Utah and Falco were both playing at Ohio State. Utah was the starting QB and Falco was the backup. Utah blew out his knee, thus throwing Falco into the starting role right before the Sugar Bowl, which he blew miserably. So, Utah, being the starting QB originally under Earl Bruce was the better man.

Shane Falco

Utah never made it to the show.

Got his knee folded about 90 degrees the wrong way. Two years of surgery, missed his window. Went to law school instead.

Lawyers don't surf, but this one did.

As an aside, anybody that can beat down the psychos at Latigo has to be pretty tough. Falco sat their like a tool and watched guys flip his truck over.
