What's Your New Year's Eve Plans?

I'll be ringing in the New Year in Las Vegas which has become a tradition (17 consecutive years). No matter how much I end up drinking, I have always managed to participate in the "Resolution Run" sponsored by the Las Vegas Track Club on January 1st.

We know the owners of a local rest/bar and have the upper floor reserved for our use. Not looking to get smashed, just have a few beers with some friends. Should be a good time.

For the last 3 years my wife has fallen asleep on the couch and I have said happy new year to my dog. I plan to at least have some laughs tonight.

Much the same here, but without the Halo 3 (although I think the husband will be playing some Call of Duty 4 or Mario Galaxy this afternoon). Going to "Walk Hard" tomorrow during the day.

I'm glad to hear your good review. We're looking forward to it -I love Judd Apatow, and John C. Reilly is hilarious (also love Jenna Fischer). I really want to make it to "Sweeney Todd" sometime soon, too! I'll let you know what I thought, though - we're going with a group of people, so I'm interested in their reactions, too.

Fischer does a great job ... though her best work was her short scenes in Knocked Up.

Her duet with John is funny stuff, if you're immature: "In my dreams, you're blowing me... some kisses."
