Reo Speedwagon opened for Cheap Trick at the Five in CR in 1983. I was 13. Me and 3 friends went down and stood in line for general seats right after school. stood there for 3 hours. awesome for 1st show.

Summer of 1970. 30,000 in attendence. We decided to go as we were soon going to start pre season football practice as we entered 9th grade. Older buddies could drive.
Awesome -- Lynyrd Skynrd, Flying Burrito Bros., Mason Profit, REO, Doobie Bros. The New Year's eve party after the bowl game in Tempe - brought back a lot of those memories. High school memories aren't as fuzzy as the years spent at ISU.

Dave Matthews Band, 1994 or 1995 in Hilton. It was a rescheduled show, I do not recall why the original was postponed. As we walk into Hilton, the cops are fighting with this girl that was completely baked. To this day, I have never seen in person a cop take someone down to the ground so hard. It was worth the price of admission.
