Flask of Crown Royal and some beer wherever I can find a place to put it without looking obvious. Flask is easy to hide, just put it in a pocket and it blends right in. Once it get cold much easier to sneak beer in with all the extra clothing.

Literally dozens of plastic HyVee flasks filled with Admiral Nelson over the years. Dropped at least two of them on the field on accident. Lots of beer too.

baggie filled with the booze of choice then closed, carefully, to let all the air out.... very efficient and very easy to get in!!!!

what if they get booze sniffing dogs?

It isn't what you can smuggle in, but rather what you can smuggle out.

This is correct.

I know a couple of guys that got out of the stadium with a down marker AND the set of chains.

And one other guy that walked out of the stadium in Shreveport with TWO 10-foot (ish) long vinyl banners -- one with the ISU logo, and one with the Independence Bowl logo. Other successful lifts included banners from nearly every TV network, and some NCAA signage from various championship venues. I don't even know what he does with all that stuff.

I walked out of the stadium in Shreveport with a fading buzz and a bout with depression.

Seriously, the most I've ever smuggled into JT is none alcoholic beverages. I've actually have walked right by ParMar with the can in hand and they didn't take it.

A family member used to walk in with a briefcase. That briefcase had booze in it, a mixer and strainer. Probably 10-12 of the little single bottles (like on an airplane) Every time ISU scored the drinks came out. I remember games that we beat KSU seventy something to ten.

During the U2 concert I got a 12 pack of Bud Light in.

As a quick question, don't want to be a thread derailer so you can PM me if you want, when was the last concert that was at JT? There hasn't been one as long as I've been at ISU.

The last two:

Oct. 94 - Rolling Stones
Apr. 99 - Country Festival (George Strait and special guest Tim McGraw, joined by the Dixie Chicks, Kenny Chesney, Jo Dee Messina, Mark Wills and Asleep At The Wheel)

Dan McCarneys last game coaching against Missouri I snuck in a 12 pack of Natural Light Beer inside my winter coat. Later during the game I got the hershey squirts and **** my pants. I remember going in the bathroom and tossing my underwear out. That was a great game. I remember going out on the field afterwards free style.

Larry? I didn't know you went to football games.

I can remember bringing in oranges in 1995. The first game I went to as a student was Dan Mac's first game, and was the game that we beat Ohio in the toilet bowl and chanted F Walden as we marched along Beach and Lincoln Way and tore up everything along the way. And, on the way back to our car, President Jischke said "Nice game, huh?"

It definitely depends on what gate you go in, and really depends on what section you're in. I didn't even know there was security outside of the student section, and I like it that way.

when i was little... we would, as kids, fill one huge plastic garbage bag full of cans.... each bag yielded $20. That was A LOT of money in the early 80s.

as well in to the Kansas football stadium

I think we tailgated next to you that game?? Weren't you going to plant the flag on the 50 yard line if we won?? But that clearly didn't happen.

I still remember that nice older couple that cooked enough food for 50 people and let us eat all that we wanted.....oh man I ate so many cheeseburgers and brats.

PS. my avatar pic is from that game!
