Re: Vick to Minnesota

maybe he is looking to bring him in as a WR? Then he could be an emergency QB if needed.

Re: Vick to Minnesota

Have you visited PETA's site and read their disturbing "children's" stories? They would.

No. I would never give the PETA website a hit. It's to bad they are so wacko because their cause is worthy. Their methods are madness.

You act as is if giving them a website hit is some sort of reward...I am not close-minded enough to just blindly attack PETA, so I use their site because most of the best ammo they provide.

Besides, the more bandwidth you chew up the less resources they have for other stupidity.

Where did the OP even get this info?.......I also heard that Childress is bringing back Randy Moss, Randall Cunningham and Daunte Culpepper. :jimlad:......and apparently Childress isn't really bald - it's a bald wig that he wears so people don't recognize him when he goes out in public with his family.....:jimlad:

I would not believe this for a second. The vikings need a passer not another running back. Vick doesn't really help this team and I doubt the Vikings want the negative PR. Imagine PETA protesting outside of the Metrodome.

this. Aside from the fact that he's been absent from the NFL for a couple of years, he doesn't fit into the offensive scheme for the Vikes. Favre would be more of a fit than Vick. This whole circus needs to end and let us see what Sage can do.

I wouldn't be so fast to assume that...I could see them flirty heavy with the Wildcat with both new potential toys, their rookie WR and Vick, to try and keep defenses off their feet. When you don't have a top end NFL threat to stretch the field you need something to keep D's honest, and...even if you do, the added threat potential is still a bonus.

I don't think the odds are that it'll happen, but it wouldn't shock me to see it either.

NO WAY Vick goes to Minnesota. Everyone is talking about Vick running the wildcat and we already have that guy - Percy Harvin. Now if he would only sign...

Don't get your panties in a bunch...it's not likely, but it's also not impossible. It's the style of QB your HC likes.

It's possible I guess...it's not like the Vikes have an elite set of receivers (outside of what Harvin might be capable of) so this could have some kind of upside. But I still would be somewhat surprised to see it happen.
