As someone mentioned earlier in the thread, he walked on at Iowa last fall as a QB. He moved to WR for their scout team. Some reports said they were extremely impressed with him at WR.

i know. when i said "i bet hes a hawk all the way though" i meant that he would have picked iowa over ISU no matter what

Testifying
You need to let things go dude. As a guy who knows all the Haluskas, you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Its really easy to spout off on someone when you dont have your real name next to your statements because then you dont have to fully own your words and all your doing is hiding behind your computer taking breaks from your WOW account. The fact that you and others hold onto personal angst against someone you dont even know just shows how sad and pathetic your life has become.

Exaggerate much?

You're kidding me? Hating Adam Haluska is outrageous? You sound like a Chokeye fan...

1. He transferred to Iowa
2. Good players who transfer hurt the program
3. His father made a spectacle
4. He left when the program needed stability
5. He had the audacity to return to Hilton as a spectator

1) You're post was outrageous.
2) Hating someone you don't know is outrageous.
3) Being a troll is outrageous.
4) Hating someone because of what their father does is outrageous.
5) You continuing to post is outrageous.

Go away troll.

So are we also to forgive Phillip Bates? If anything, I could forgive him more, he wasn't going to be the star on next year's team. Then again, I don't personally know the Bates' family, so it's still okay to be bitter about him. And to be clear, is it okay for Dad to be the manager and direct his son to the school that will bow to his demands just so long as there's no money involved? Or is Mr. Newton off the hook too?
We all get it. The Haluskas are nice people that you personally know, so we should all just get over it.
You should understand that a large portion of the ISU fan base will always despise Adam for how he left and where he went. You, sir, are almost certainly in the minority on this one, not the 'troll' you're arguing with. Afterall, holding grudges and having irrational hatred are almost a requirement to being an ISU fan. And there are more valid reasons to be upset about Adam than most of the things that so raise the ire of Cyclone Nation.

The only problem I had with Adam Haluska was not that he transferred to Iowa, but the way he had his Dad do his dirty work for him.

Does anyone still have a "Shock Haluska"/"Shock Iowa" shirt?

Those were ******* awesome. One of the funniest conversations I've ever had w/my old man was explaining to him why a shirt showing a hand with the pinky up, ring finger down, and middle/index finger up meant "shock".

Here's Shock Iowa, but I think there was a Haluska one out there too
