SNL Digital Shorts with Andy Samberg

My kids and their friends think that the Saturday Night Live Digital Shorts with Andy Sandberg are hilarious. They especially like the songs like "I'm on a Boat". Do others on CF think they are funny or just roll their eyes when they see them?

They're hands down brilliant. Out of all of the ones I've seen, Lazy Sunday has been the best.

Sandberg is great. I've been following him and the other Loney Island guys since they were still in film school.

Kablamo is pretty good, as is Just Two Guys and Stork Patrol

Stork Patrol always makes me laugh no matter how many times I've seen it.

This. Mother lover is the best. If you don't know who Samberg is or the Lonely Island, you're livin' under a rock. I think I've heard I'm on a boat more this year than any other song.

I'd go as far as to say that JT has been the only bright spot on SNL for the past several years. Ever since Jimmy Fallon seemed to bring it down from the inside, it has sucked. The only skits that he was in that I ever laughed at were the Barry Gibb show (with JT), and the cowbell (mainly featuring Will Ferrell). Otherwise, he was always laughing way more than I ever was...

I think Digital Shorts are hit and miss. Sometimes they are extremely brilliant, sometimes they're WTF. I found Taco Town to be extremely funny, but then I'm also one of the few that just doesn't get the "brilliance" of Laser Cats.
