I don't get the outrage.
I seriously don’t get why you post here.
I'd guess it has something to do with Joel Lanning being the most versatile player in the P5 and not getting the award for the most versatile player. Just spitballing...I don't get the outrage.
I don't get why you do.
You must not know what the word versatile meanI don't get the outrage.
Can I point out that in Barkley's two most important games of the season he averaged 54 rushing yards and 28 receiving yards on 21 touches. Great player right there.

Wow, an even dumber response than I expected; I didn’t think that was possible.

Didn't Howard Schnellenberger get fired for drinking on the job? Looks like he hasn't quit.Should, but I doubt Howard Schnellenberger and Phil Simms read up on Iowa State much and they get a vote.
There is an argument for him winning it. That is why he was a finalist. But this nonsense like he got robbed and Barkley didn't deserve it is just fan bias.
Hey, I didn't invent the trophy and whoever they want to give it to is their business. But if the criteria is most versatile and a player who plays multiple positions I think it clearly should have gone to Lanning. There is an argument for him winning it. That is why he was a finalist. Just trying to match dumbness with dumbness.
