This is correct and is what is expected for Jameel McKay, he will need to graduate w/ his 2 year degree before enrolling at a D1 program. Thus, he will be a 2013.
Rivals has an update on 2013 PG Monte Morris, he confirms that he has been talking to a Michigan assistant lately and that Michigan is back in their recruitment of him. Also, his current plans for visits include Butler, Iowa State & USC at the moment.

Its sort of peculiar vid as it's short, and has these dramatic camera angles/ movements that don't really fit a casual interview. Interesting nonetheless.

I see that Deonte Burton is contacting McKay via twitter. He also retweeted a fan talking about joining the Golden Eagles in 2013. My Sherlock Holmes-like abilities of deduction tell me that Burton is going to put the Marquette sell on him. You may recall that McKay is from Milwaukee.
Anywho, here is a video of him from late last May.

I'm surprised we haven't heard any new names that we might be going after with the two scholarships opening up.
I wonder if this guy would be an option? Not an impressive offer sheet, but seems to be fairly productive. He’s a little short for the position, but he would give us another big body?

Has anyone one heard anything new on Blaise Mbargorba? Give our needs for next year and the SMU coaching change, I thought I'd be hearing more about him. Blaise and Lockett would be my preference for the two openings.
I've been waiting to hear that he is re-opening his commitment and that Iowa State is involved - but I haven't heard that yet. We may not ever hear that.
If he does decommit, be assured that a lot of teams will be inquiring about him - not because he's great, but because he's 7'-0".
I haven't seen anything on Mbargorba either, I'm sure it may be a wait to see how well he likes the new staff. While we were on him we were not in his final group that he was deciding upon, so at this point I wouldn't get too high on him even if he does decommit.

It looks like St. Benedicts Prep (2013's: Tyler Ennis, Isaiah Watkins...) are on ESPNU tonight at 5 pm.
It does not appear that Ennis is really interested in ISU, but he's top-rated, so I'm going to try to see what the hype is all about. Isaiah Watkins is an intriguing prospect at 6'-8". He has over 40 D1 offers, including the good guys.
