I think its comical how a few random posters claim to have "inside info", yet the people who follow ISU as their job (CW, Ames Trib, etc.) and have far more "inside sources" don't know anything for sure.

At this point, anyone can say its UNLV and puff their chest and claim they were right and have awesome sources, but in reality, you don't have **** other then a guy who knows a guy who knows a guy.

I don't trust any one person here or in the random media reports. But I do tend to trust trends and there is an obvious trend towards UNLV. There are a lot of people who are full of **** and know nothing but the chances that everyone is full of **** are pretty slim.

As I stated early, I had a great source for one recruit in the past, and they didn't know until an hour before the announcement came.

I would imagine that the sources on this one are based on how confident the coaching staff seems, but I seriously doubt they are going to do anything to jeopardize four years of hard work.

You are entitled to whatever you want to believe. Thats fine.

I am not claiming to be in the know more than CW, Ames Trib or anyone else for that matter. I know a guy here in TX that probably has different sources for himself than CW and others in Iowa.

As I said, I just heard last night, so its not ground breaking news, and his source could be wrong too. Thats why you can choose what you want to believe, as can I, and I choose to believe what I heard.

I realize some people are spewing whatever, but this is a message board, and as was posted a few days ago, a lot of people know about this thread.

I have posted a few light hearted things in this thread, but I really like reading it for actual info.

He is also wanting to go to Grinnell to have an easier path to the NBA and play alongside the legend Jack Taylor. Also, whats not to like about Grinnell? Still have a nice dairy queen.

Not sure if serious? I think you forgot the pirate thingy. DQ went out of business a while ago. However, we have a Dairy Barn that is excellent (even if it is a bit pricey), AND the men's BBall style of play is extremely entertaining. So there are those advantages.

No matter what he decides today does it really matter? It's not like he's signing an LOI. He still has time to change his mind before he signs.
