Well duh, that's because he was like 7 years old.

Besides, he was off-limits. Rashad circled "yes" on the note Travis Ford wrote asking Rashad if he LIKE LIKED him and would commit to OSU if he'd let Rashad have his cake for three consecutive lunches.

Fortunately for us, the NCAA got this one right last year and finally deemed this LOI to be non-binding.
