OMG, for some reason I've never noticed everything on his hat. That's awesome.

my fave type of email.

Hello CG, can you give an update on this request from two weeks ago? The third party tells me they have still not received the data requested.

Hello person, did you receive this attached email I sent two weeks ago stating that we do not control the data requested? You will need to contact X company directly for these. Here is their email.

This is too ambiguous. I'm going to need some more detail before I can decide who's in the wrong.

other person came back pretty quickly with a "my bad, just forget it" email.

they did have me panicked for a minute because I couldn't find the normal string of approval emails to go along with that request and thought it slipped through the cracks. For good reason - I don't have them because I bounced it back to them right away.

If you didn't CC at least 20 other people with your initial email two weeks ago, I'm placing this on you. You always need to CC everyone whenever you do anything to show proof of your work and the value you bring to the company. Corporate America 101.

@WooClone15 are you going to the Orange Bowl? If you are have fun, back in the day we (students) always were hoping for a good FB season and an Orange Bowl bid. Good luck on finals.
I remember the season always starting out with someone throwing oranges toward the field. Then there were optimistic (sarcastic?) students who would throw a couple of oranges when ISU had already lost a handful of games and was getting trucked by OU.

Thank you! And I won't be, which is probably for the best. Now I can watch the Iowa State game and have bbq with my family that afternoon and then watch the orange bowl that night (maybe with the Wisconsin Alumni Association Chapter, we'll see).

And I've been swamped with law school stuff which is why I haven't been on here but I miss you all

I believe it was the infamous game when Jamelle Holieway was wearing a fur coat and eating a hot dog on the sidelines during the 2nd half when one orange went flying on to the field after OU was ahead by about 100 points.

I had several friends from Badger and I don't believe there was a Maher Street in Badger. Obviously a forgery to those of us who know our way around the 4 or 5 streets of Badger.

Think the streets were renamed as numbered streets/avenues at some point after the '70s. It was a valid not expired license, swiped at the country office by some CWW dorm gals at their summer job. FD mafia gals.

I'm actually surprised food service served oranges on Fri. &Sat. of early season game days with all the oranges that would get thrown into the endzone after the first touchdown of the season. Hope always sprang eternal back in the day.
