Years ago Mrs. Velo and I were in Cabo. We went out and decided to buy some tequila to take home. We went early in the day to a big liquor store that had a bar attached. The guy wanted to let us sample them so he opened the bar so he could give us shots to try them out. Needless to say we left with several bottles of a variety of flavors or tequila.

I remember Toro tequila from my college days (think Eisenhower administration LOL).....the bottle had this plastic cap shaped like a sombrero. And the booze tasted like the smell of the inside of a sombrero after some gringo had worn it all day in the hot sun.

We did Tequila tasting in Cabo also. Let's just say that MY idea of "just a very small amount" is NOT the same as their idea of it (which more closely resembled 1.5oz).

The boys found a "boobie" bottle, with a Kardashian butt. We bought several small ones for gifts. It was actually really really goooooooood...then again, it was somewhere around the fourth variety we tried. ;)

I was going to do a tent. My sister did it for both kids and I thought it worked great. Nice thing was nobody had to enter the house, hence no need to update anything so it says money. Wife wasn't going for that. Then the one tent company within reasonable distance requires you to secure all four corners into the ground. Meaning I would be jackhammering a hole into our driveway for one because of the layout of our house and garage, I had to veto the tent then.

We have painted half our garage (inside), and did some basic cleaning. Will grab the power washer and hit the house here soon. We went to rock chips for our landscaping a few years ago. Nice thing is the color really works with our house and the chips don't start looking dated like river rock. If you want to liven it up through some lava rocks in there and add a little more color.
Nobody will be coming in our house either, except to use the bathroom which is located in the mudroom and literally 3 or 4 steps from the garage door. That doesn't mean that my wife doesn't think that the house needs to be re-done on the inside.

Son just told me they switched back to stem. It was stem, what we all know STEM stands for. Then it became STEAM. Somebody thought Art fit in with the rest. Then somebody realized one isn’t like the others and we are back to STEM.
Some of the Catholic schools have added an R for religion so end up with STREAM.

Not exactly sure.
Question: Who has some good sources I can dig into about job searching that minimizes education?
Looking ahead towards fall, and I need something that reduces the barrier that my degree represents.

Just Incase you haven’t scoured these areas. One place that hires educators and history people is insurance companies. They want systematic people in the claims and adjusters departments. Since it’s not an MBA it wouldn’t have exactly their sacred degree.

Hopefully his personal email and not business one. If you hit his business one he will bill you 15 minutes for responding to it.

Indeed I did. I have not yet had time to give it the time it deserves, but I appreciate it.

Now he's padding the bill. This will knock it up 30 minutes

Have you thought about politics? I'm pretty sure politicians minimize education.

Seriously though, how about media? TV stations and news organizations have to always be looking for people that know how to do research. At least they used to. Now you just need to be able to reinforce half of the population and anger the other half.

It may not be a bad idea to look at government jobs.

For your information, BC, I bill in tenths of an hour. That would be 6 minute increments.
