Am I the only one who gets cramps in the arch of their feet?
When I get cramps it is usually my calves but I have had them in the arch of the foot before
Sorry if this is a TMI post, but IMHO a groin cramp is about as intense of pain as I have experienced. A few years ago I got one on both sides (simultaneously) down in the basement. I was screaming - apparently - and the vixen came down just in time to see me pounding my groin with both fists. She thought I had lost my mind. 
Nope. And It happens more often as I get older.

Seems like there may be some misleading promotional statements on that bottle. I don't believe birds have taste buds, which is why capsaicin doesn't affect them.

Those suck. I strained mine a few years ago and it's never quite healed properly.
I agree entirely. I didn't buy it to give birds a gourmet treat. I used it to scorch the mouths of tree rats. And it isn't 100% effective at that, even, but it did slow the buggers down. The rest is BS.
I think our mbb forum is bipolar. 2 wks ago the sky was falling now we have threads about the tourney next spring.
Expect another shift depending on whether or not the NCAA grants Bolton his waiver.

On my way back from Indianapolis on Monday I saw a small barn structure with I-State and AHF logos painted on it just outside of Bloomington, IL on the eastbound side of I-74. Props to whoever owns that farm!

That face when someone forwards a work email you weren't expecting them to......to the person you were frustrated with
bird feeder update - so far we've had a cardinal, finches, Indigo Bunting and bluebird! I think I've been assuming buntings were bluebirds when I'd see from a distance but realized over the weekend they are in fact two different birds. Oh and a deer went running through the yard last night.
Kid update: he will drive anything. Toy cars, blocks, containers, other toys, his kick and play piano, and his high chair. The kick and play piano was pretty funny last night, DH said we need to time up the video of that to the making my way downtown music.
