That actually sounds good. I have a wedding to attend saturday. May have to have a 7/7 instead since their gin and tonics are nasty there. May end my 6.5 months of dryness.

Oooh, chipmunks as crab bait! Assuming she's in Alaska, here in Minnesota all you would get is snapping turtles.
My best friend's mom has been battling cancer. June 23 he texted me that she had only 6 weeks left. Well tonight only 3 weeks later he texted me she passed away. Sucks that I can't physically be there for him because of Covid.

My dad caught a ride up to the Third Thursday Burger Burn at the Mason City airport tonight. Didn't even tell me...jerk It's fine I enjoyed mowing dad.

Boxster, I could send the coyote that I saw yesterday morning your way. It was right beside the road on 610 only about a mile and a half from the homestead at about 0745. I hope it didn't get hit. He looked like he could use a few of your furry freezer snacks. You could work out a BOGO (bag one, get one) deal.
Prior to mowing the backyard last night I had to pick up all the sticks from the recent storms. The kids were back there playing with the neighbor girls so I asked them to help. The neighbor girls happily did while my kids stood there. Then I heard the ice cream truck coming and thought I would use that as an incentive. Worked great on everyone except LittleWx until it pretty much was there. Not sure if the $10 was worth it or not but they were happy and the job got done.
That's my vacation gin! When I drink it, it just tastes like I'm on vacation.
I just hope Brock Purdy uses the sting of not being named to the pre-season All Big XII team as inspiration to thoroughly kick the a$$ of every team he plays.
