I think it's a still frame from Clones21's most recent colonoscopy, laid over a map of the U.S. His big takeaway? When they say you need to fast for 12 hours before the procedure, that includes Skittles, too.

Iowa Storm Chasing Network has a good write up on it. TL;DR -- yes, it appears that there might be something due next week, but right now it's nothing to get excited about. It could dwindle down to another 1-2" dusting, it could move south or north, whatever.
