The nightclub thing I can see.

But not staying in the same room as a chaperone (Chaperone???) or not being allowed to use the internet seems a little "weak".

I don't think he has to stay in the same room, but he didn't even stay in the same hotel as the chaperone.

The nightclub thing is a pretty serious violation but as for the others, they are pretty lame. But I won't complain if he gets convicted of doing them. Couldn't of happened to a better guy.
