I didn't realize that the first NCAA tourney game of the Orr era was also in Tulsa; it was against Ohio State of course. I watched that in Friley Hall.

We've had 2 teams this yr the Nov-Jan then again in March Cyclones who are really good. They share the ball and play defense. The Feb team is bad.

Shayok, Wigginton and THT, all are scorers. But there is no one on the team that makes you cringe when they shoot. Good Clones show up you would need a great game to beat us. Bad Clones you can win easily. I like the idea of your guards being turn over happy we like to run.

The goods on our team? Honestly, our team can be great or pretty bad. Usually we're very good, but not always, but usually. I feel this is a pretty honest assessment.

We have three different guys that could score in the 20s on a given night, and several others that usually get to the low teens. We've beaten six ranked teams, three on their home court. We've lost to teams that can slow things down, and we can suck at blocking out to prevent offensive rebounds, but when things are clicking, we'll be very tough to beat.
