First of all I'll say I'm really excited about this year. But holy crap there will be a lot of talent on the floor for ISU next year. If Vaughn commits I'll need some sedatives.
Old Rivals has Mckay weighing 205. That still current or has he put on some weight up there at MU?
Also, I assume McKay's commitment means we're basically out for Cunningham. I'd still be thrilled to have him come, but that's a lot of competition in the fold at F spots for the next two years.
Iowa State could have the Big 12's best front court in 14-15. Jameel McKay, D Hogue, Georges Niang, + Northern Ill transfer Abdel Nader.
Thats fine. He will go to Bradley in the dying Missouri Valley conference where he will have no shot at showcasing his talents and ability unlike if he went to the Big 10 or Big 12. Seems stupid to me, but then again hes a kid and its his choice. Someone that talented wants to go to a wasteland like Bradley in a crummy conference.
Cant be right. Fred only recruits guards.Iowa State could have the Big 12's best front court in 14-15. Jameel McKay, D Hogue, Georges Niang, + Northern Ill transfer Abdel Nader.
That would almost be too perfect. As if Hoiberg has been touched by God/Allah/Buddha itself.Whelp... then I guess we'll get him in two years when he transfers.
He'd still have two years AFTER those four are gone. Hogue will be gone after one year. RS is a possibility. Also, I assume McKay's commitment means we're basically out for Cunningham. You mean everyone saying that discussing Mckay was a stupid act in futility since we didnt have a scholly. Yeah was just thinking that.I don't want to bump the thread, but reading through the speculation on the last McKay thread was fun.

Thomas + custer + morris= 3 top 100 vaughn makes 4.What's exciting is we have two top 100 guards in the back court too. If we add Vaughn, we could have the big 12's best back court too (or one of the top) We would officially by on par with KU all over the court I believe.

Imagine if Fred did things the right way.
