Can someone enlighten me, is how KU is guarding us hand checking? Mason seems to just have hands all over morris.
"It didn't have to be that way" isn't just a shot at Prohm, it's simply a comment based on what is starting to look like a really sad comparison between our prior teams and this one.

Another perfect example of this team quitting and pouting was ISU not even attempting to inbound the ball after that dunk with 2 seconds left. This team has no mental maturity.
It's not that often you see a player massively improve his 3pt and FG% between his junior and senior year when he's already been a career starter. Wonder what Mason did in offseason or if it just clicked somehow. The guy is absolutely lethal shooting the ball anywhere on the court compared to his previous three years.
He was only 43% from the field last year, 38% from 3 but not world class or anything.

I wish we could chalk it up to a rebuilding year. That's NEXT year, unfortunately.
I wasnt expecting a win down there, but we are just plain awful. Really worried this will lead to another loss in Austin this week which would put our tourney hopes on life support.
