To a top 15 team in the road, where we show signs of life and willingness to change in offense? Yes it's fun.

I have full confidence the professor will figure out the defense. This is the first time we've figured out our offense.

It was a one score game for a while. Not sure where you’re saying it was never a game.

I get it though, this is the type of game where while you hope to win, you also just hope for signs of improvement when the odds are as low as they were.

We've seen some of those signs on offense at least (rocco's two interceptions aside). The defense, however, looks as bad as last week, which is a worrying sign.

..so? a close score in the first quarter doesn’t mean a whole lot, it just means they didn’t get completely pantsed immediately, which was nice.
