It's your week off and you haven't been drinking?Oops, I meant NOT 2-13. I have NOT been drinking today.
God bless you souls who walk across that Hilton parking lot tonight.
She doesn't have stress, she's wearing a dress. God, I hate when people get the words wrong.
I guess so, if it doesn't make a mess on our shoes.Well, might as well stomp them all over again.
Tonight. when we win...it will be our 21st victory. 3 of those will be Colorado.Win tonight and Colorado victories will make up 15% of our season win total.![]()
You could probably just say 1/7.Tonight. when we win...it will be our 21st victory. 3 of those will be Colorado.
3÷21= 14.28% give or take a couple of percentage points.
Of course I've been drinking! Didn't you get my drunk humor? It's your week off and you haven't been drinking?
I'll probably try "If you were a fruit you'd be a fineapple" on my wife. It can't work any worse than anything else I try.Give me a break, this is my week off. So what's the line tonight?
Well, might as well stomp them all over again.
Colorado is bad. This same Colorado team that beat UCONN on a neutral floor? That's what you call "flat out bad?" I guess it's all relative, but "flat out bad" to me seems more like a Mississippi Valley State team than this Big XII team that has some talent. I expect the Clones to win by a lot, but "flat out bad" should be reserved for your over 40 rec league basketball team in my opinion, not a team that only lost two nonconference games to ranked teams.
My father was the eighth child and the first boy in his family. They ended up with six boys by the time my grandparents were done.A couple decides to have four children. They're a little disappointed that all four are girls ( hoping for at least one boy). So they have another. And another. And another. After seven girls, their doctor assured them that if they try one more time, the Law of Averages is in their favor 100 to 1 that will be a boy. So they do, and of course, the eighth child is...a girl.
Moral: the doctor was talking out of his ass. They should not have been at all shocked the eighth was a girl.
Why am I posting this in today's GameDay thread?![]()
My paternal grandfather had eight brothers and one sister (the eldest). Nine brothers, actually (the first-born died in infancy). My father was the eighth child and the first boy in his family. They ended up with six boys by the time my grandparents were done.
