Sucks that he couldn’t make it but fingers crossed that he can reschedule it. Even if he’s visiting a bunch of others, guys just don’t go on unnofficials here when they’re not local (or even in the same region at that) if they aren’t legitimately interested. Lewis would be a LW, THT level recruit that you build the rest of your class around.

Yeah, I think the staff had prioritized a number of other guard prospects early this spring and moved on. I haven't seen ISU mentioned as watching him in any of the early evaluation tourneys. I would have been far more surprised if ISU made his top 8 than not.

If you are from Minnesota it is quite common. Wisconsin and Marquette have been mining MN for years and gotten the ire of Gopher fans.

Sort of Ironic that ISU has gotten a lot of talent from Wisconsin during time frame via HS and transfers.

Kai Jones. The native of the Bahamas has had a busy few weeks, and he recently discussed his ascension, tutelage alongside UNC-bound Nassir Little and the recent surge in his recruitment.
“The last few weeks have been very busy. I have been traveling a lot. I played in the NBA Global Camp in Treviso, Italy, and then I flew back to the Bahamas for a couple of days and then I found out I was invited to the NBPA Camp,” he said. “It has been hectic, fun and a lot of traveling. I lost a lot of sleep, but it has been fun"

Williamson with no mention of ISU visit planned.

Recently taking visits to Texas, Texas A&M, and Marquette, Williamson will take an unofficial visit to Baylor on Monday, June 25. From there, he will head to Ohio State on June 26 and then finish things with a June 27 visit to Louisville.
