Kira Lewis is making the visit rounds. Note: He had to miss his ISU visit due to the evaluation camps early this month. Hope he reschedules in July. .

Sucks that he couldn’t make it but fingers crossed that he can reschedule it. Even if he’s visiting a bunch of others, guys just don’t go on unnofficials here when they’re not local (or even in the same region at that) if they aren’t legitimately interested. Lewis would be a LW, THT level recruit that you build the rest of your class around.

tbh completely forgot we offered him

Yeah, I think the staff had prioritized a number of other guard prospects early this spring and moved on. I haven't seen ISU mentioned as watching him in any of the early evaluation tourneys. I would have been far more surprised if ISU made his top 8 than not.

I've seen some smoke Tyler Wahl is possibly committing to Wisconsin soon. Wahl was thought to be a lean there in the spring, just camped there and got an offer. Guess we'll see...

@WisBBYearbook 2019 G/F Tyler Wahl (6-7) of Lakeville North, Minn., could very well be the next verbal commitment for the University of Wisconsin men's basketball program. Solid all-around player with very good versatility.

Hope not! He seems like a guy we could really use (and use well).

When is the last time we landed a MN recruit (Royce doesn't count)?

Update with Kai Jones recent ISU offer
https://basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/bahamas-product-kai-jones-finds-time-to-shine-in-june

Kai Jones. The native of the Bahamas has had a busy few weeks, and he recently discussed his ascension, tutelage alongside UNC-bound Nassir Little and the recent surge in his recruitment.
“The last few weeks have been very busy. I have been traveling a lot. I played in the NBA Global Camp in Treviso, Italy, and then I flew back to the Bahamas for a couple of days and then I found out I was invited to the NBPA Camp,” he said. “It has been hectic, fun and a lot of traveling. I lost a lot of sleep, but it has been fun"
Offers from Buffalo, Bethune-Cookman and Dayton and VCU rattled in a year ago but his time on the international platform has brought in newer ones from Louisville, Illinois, Arizona, Texas, Baylor, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, Ole Miss and Iowa State, he told Rivals.com
