@Houston is probably the toughest game on our schedule until late march if we get there.

Like, on torvik @KU KU is favored by 1.1 and @Arizona Arizona is favored by 2.3. But Houston is favored by 9.4.

If we come out of there with a win it might be our most difficult win of the year aside from perhaps a F4\Championship win.

Fair point. I've typically had Kansas, Houston , and Arizona (the road games) as our remaining losses. I decided.KU was more.likely.aftwr last night and lumped Houston in thers for fun measure.

We don't have ZRF this year lecturing us on all of TJ's terrible mistakes.
ZRF can be found over at the Houston Cougar basketball forum Coogfans.com. He is a frequent poster and claims himself as a representative of the Iowa State Basketball fan base .

Every once in a while, I’ll scan other forums to see what news I can find on other teams. Last night I stumbled upon him and had a good laugh.

I've wondered if he's the one insufferable ISU fan on reddit, 80cyclone or something like that

Constantly bashing tj, and even the compliments always have something backhanded with them

Pretty sure he is a Chatfield hater as well. Has been a lot quieter the last couple of games at least.

Curt Jones will be a pro next year if he keeps playing like this. Even then, we could potentially have all but three members of this roster back next year (excepting Curtis, Keshon, and Brandt). Those are three big sets of shoes to fill, but still a lot coming back!
Losing Gilbert is going to hurt.

I don't know why they felt the need to print this, other than attempting to demonize ISU, but I laughed at it.

From the KC Star:

Hilton Coliseum full (again)

Hilton Coliseum (14,267) was sold out for Wednesday’s game despite the fact second semester classes have not yet started.

The two teams will meet again on Feb. 3 at Allen Fieldhouse. A Big Monday game, it will tip at 8 p.m.

The students who did attend greeted the Jayhawks with chants of “(Bleep) KU” during pregame warmups.
LOL, that tradition goes back aways. Now playing Mr. Brightside at the end of the game was a twist that the student section loved.

It's pretty amazing that beating KU wasn't Sweet Caroline worthy but 3rd time in a row and a comfortable win I can see it.

So W Virginia, Kansas, UCF, Arizona and Houston all on the road how many of those do you think we’ll win.
Im a optimist minimum of 3. I would love all 5 but that is expecting a awful lot. AZ and Houston are the most likely that we drop IMO.

How is Heise going to be back next year? Isn’t this his 4th year playing or did I miss something with that?
