We do our share of playing ass out there. 2 years ago we looked like 5 guys who had never touched a basketball. 2018 and 2016 were similar too. Credit to this team, they gritted out a win. I do think this Iowa team is going to finish better than many think.
Yeah, but doesn't Iowa usually start out the season playing well only to crash and burn in February and March?

The Prohm years had some awful performances in this series, as you mentioned above.

I respectfully disagree and that makes 0 sense.

And he simply won’t adjust, I don’t get it. He obviously isn’t hearing me yell at the TV and scare the **** outta the dogs.
Hey! Look at that! Isu kept the the same d game plan and won! It's almost like tj knows more than you about basketball. Who would have thought?!

Iowa played tough. Sign Fran to an extension you cowards.
From everyone here: please do sign him to an extension. Us ISU fans love seeing mediocrity and a coach that throws tantrums like a child coming from Iowa. I love Fran, but simply because he’s a clown and it makes me smile.

I don't think Iowa will finish any better than how their 3 point shooting will let them be...if they shoot unconscious from the 3 like tonight, they'll win some games. But they are seriously limited inside if Freeman gets in foul trouble. And most games they'll eventually cool off and their defense can't keep them in the game.

Jefferson has some Niang in his game. Great passer and high basketball IQ.

Can’t say enough good things about Heise. He won’t get the attention CuJo or Jefferson get in the game but we absolutely don’t win without him
I have been so impressed by Heise's def. He steps up over and over and ends up on the other team's hot hand, and just works his butt off and gets the other player off of their hot streak. We have a lot of def talent on this team, but I don't think we are yet as def connected as we can be. I never thought Heise would be our def stopper. fun suprise.
