And you can't do it when the referees have let physical play go all night. You know they aren't blowing the whistle so don't try to play into whistles.

The problem is that the refs did call it occasionally on that end. Awaka on Jefferson is one that comes to mind. Maybe it's because he's a bigger guy? Definitely felt like we relied too much on CuJo and Keshon there at the end. I know they've gotten us through tough spots in the past, but other than the missed FT, Jefferson and Watson seemed to be playing the best down the stretch.

Without MM playing and CJ cold from outside, that's pretty hard to do, if not impossible.

It's unusually strong at the top this year but the Cyclones will have plenty of opportunities to pad the resume. That Auburn loss really stings.
Regardless, I'd go to battle with this team against anybody on a neutral site whether it's as a 1 or 2 seed.

Still a higher percentage to make that than miss the freethrow and and score.

SEC teams will also accumulate losses. It's not a vacuum.

We were getting our asses beat at times on the glass. I will take a 55ft attempt over a FT and a shot at a offensive putback any day
