We didn’t get some calls, but the officials didn’t cause the lack of effort and execution by some of our players. For some reason our team was not fired up and ready to play this game. The coaches couldn’t make the adjustments to light a fire under this team. With a few exceptions our A players did not bring their A game.

Games like this are the only thing I worry about influencing Campbell wanting to leave.

If you get repeatedly screwed in the close ones, and it is a constant bias, there is incentive to go to a big enough school that always gets the benefit in close calls.

I don’t like to complain about officials, because I know they are regular, normal people. And they usually suck at their job. Like their regular job and their officiating job. I mean it’s hard to suck at so many things. That’s a lot of suck. So I just expect to be disappointed in pretty much anything they do. But holy hell, did they win the suck job today. I’m impressed by how much they suck.

I 100% get the argument that ISU should have played better today, especially defensively - but it also would have looked a lot better had the refs not gifted 14 points to WV and stolen 7 from us. I 100% agree we didn't play well today. But the calls that went against us the last two weeks, I'm just so done with these refs.

Agree. We played well enough to win the game. Not perfect, but with neutral officiating I fully believe that's a W.
