In the grand scheme of things, it's probably the least important game we'll play the rest of the year.
  1. Every Big12 regular season is more important for ISU winning Big12 title.
  2. Every Big12 regular season win go forward, improves our seeding in the Big12 Tourny.
  3. Big12 Tourny is win or go home. Big12 Tourny success also impacts NCAA Tournament seeding.
  4. Obviously, NCAA Tourney is win or season ends.

As in Jon Sundvold, two time all american, four time Big 8 champ. He is a fair announcer. They shot lights out some of that is on us as we gave them wide open shots. Any player worth salt will hit wide open shots. Move on now to Tech.

A poorly played loss is a bad loss. Interconferece competition is a big decider in ncaa seeding.

Probably said on here but our perimeter quickness is getting exposed, OSU and now Mizzou. Both got open 3's all day and hit their shots.

Watched game sporadically and didn’t read the whole game thread (had to take neighbor to ER).
Does Shoon usually only play 25 minutes? He was not in foul trouble.

Being down a player or bad at defense or shooting 3s in recent games is the perfect time for a team to play ISU.

Meaningless? No. Far less important than a conference game? Yes. Good thing Bartovik doesn't decide the conference championship or NCAA seeding.

And length. On both ends. I only caught the last 8 but it looked like Mizzou had someone with some reach out front on D which screwed things up. Then they were able to get those threes off over ISU.
