I'm sure most of you know I am really into serial killers, especially the Zodiac. A while back I started my own Zodiac message board because some of my theories/ideas were getting negative feedback on other Zodiac boards. Excuse me for being open minded, gosh! Anything is possible until proven otherwise, right?

Anyways, I hadn't really told many people about my site because I didn't feel like it was ready for people to check out. I'm still not so sure that it is. Oh well. If you are a fan of mystery, check it out. If you like puzzles/codes, check it out. See if you can solve the "340 cipher" that people have been trying to crack for nearly 50 years! Compare Zodiac letters to handwriting of suspects and see what you think. It is also fun to play amateur detective and find information that nobody has uncovered yet. All you need is the interwebs! My research on the case has been fun and taken me in so many directions. Because of it I have learned a great deal about a bunch of fascinating people.

We also discuss other unsolved crimes and mysteries such as Jack the Ripper, Iowa's Villisca axe murders, the assassinations of JFK, RFK, MLK etc., D.B. Cooper (one of my personal favorite mysteries!) and a bunch of others. We have sections to discuss music, movies, TV shows, religion, politics, sports etc. There is even an ISU thread in the sports section, although I'm pretty much the only one posting in it. :twitcy:

If you're looking for a hobby, maybe this is it. If you have a boring job, believe me this is a great way to kill time, especially for you graveyard shift folks who have nobody to talk to because everyone from CF is asleep (wimps!!). Or if you just want to drop by and say hi or tell me how crappy the site looks... I'm ok with that.

Thanks everyone!

Thanks for sharing. The Villisca murders have intere muted me since I moved to iowa. Unfortunately my wife won't go there to spend the night.

Who was that girl that was found in the water tower of that hotel in LA? That a really weird one, too.

I'm just a big fan of the first line of your post,"as most of you know, I'm really into serial killers... "

No. Actually, I did not know that. I do now, and I feel like this is a good time to say that you're my favorite poster on this site. Heck, on all of the internet.

You know who would have enough information about the Zodiac Killer to start a website? The Zodiac Killer.

You're doing this wrong.

Hey Demoncore 1031,
I just wanted to tell you that I think you're a snappy dresser and you have really good ideas.
Sincerely,
Durangocy

ps, my real name is Fran McCaffery if you're looking it up on the phone book

I can't pass up any story or book on the Manson Family/Murders. That's about it for me in this area. I'm sure the unsolved ones would have more speculative ideas.

Also sorta liked to read the Bonnie and Clyde stuff. My father had a biography written by Bonnie's Mother and a relative of Clyde - possibly his sister. I read it several times when I was a teener.

DemonCore's avatar and username all of a sudden make sense to me now.

The avatar is from a band called Macabre. They are a murder metal band out of Chicago. Awesome band. And Demon Core was my old band in Wisconsin over 10 years ago.

If anyone wants to post unsolved murders on my site that are not yet being discussed, please feel free. I love researching cases I am not familiar with.

Someone mentioned Charles Manson. There could be ties between Zodiac and the Manson family. My friend Deb has her own Manson site. I will post a link once I can find it. She also has a site dedicated to the Santa Rosa Hitchhiker murders of the early-mid 70's. She and I agree that a man named Fred Manalli was involved. I also believe Manalli was Zodiac's partner.
