Will do. I think there is a movie on the subject on Netflix if I'm not mistaken.... I have read a theory that this murder was committed by a "travelling serial killer" who was also the New Orleans axe man and I think maybe the Cleveland Torso Killer. Again, I have kinda stepped away from this stuff for the last few months so my memory is a bit rusty.

The title of the book you posted makes me think the author leans towards that theory.
Bump.

I read the book, & they definitely make a lot of interesting points. A whole lot of similar stuff happens in a series of murders all across the country. Seems like they may have solved the case. Well worth reading, imo.

Something interesting....

There was a kid in the early-mid 60s that ran around calling himself "Zodiac". He had no friends and got picked on and beat up all the time for being weird. Supposedly this guy has never been on a date in his entire life. He looks nothing like the Zodiac composite and I have no reason to think he has ever harmed anyone, BUT... what if his "Zodiac persona" was stolen by a classmate or a member of the school's faculty? In the kid's 1964 yearbook you will notice a familiar symbol on the chalkboard. Coincidence? Probably. But who knows.

Congrats to Dave and the other two that solved it! It's about damn time.

I'm disappointed that this was a typical Zodiac communication. All these years I have been thinking that it would end up being some genius sinister message, but nope. Still cool to finally see it figured out though.
