My wife's friend is getting married on the Iowa State vs Iowa game day. I was put in charge of RSVPing I responded no and said who in their right mind puts their wedding on cyhawk gameday in the comment. I told my wife and she was pissed, she said thats not something you put in an RSVP. I disagreed. The question I pose to you Fitz is who's right?
Why are suspensions for ncaa football teams so prevalent for the 1st game of season? Is it just a matter of a months worth of camp and all the player transgressions are being dealt with all at once?
Nebraska announced their starting quarterback yesterday and their only other scholarship QB quit school today and will transfer.

Do you have any statistics for that package? I remember it getting stuffed more often than not.
Are people sleeping on Sheldon Croney? He played some crucially good football at times for us last year and I hear more about Mike Warren & Kene Nwangu than I do about Croney. What is his role going to look like this year?
I really want to know this as well. Re-al offers an explosive dynamic but what happens if we desperately need 1 yard. The direct snap to DM seems like a good option to me.
I think the direct snap to DM really could work well, but I think you also have to give him the option of throwing a pass if the other team sends everyone. As a matter of fact, they need to show that early in the season, to keep teams at least thinking about it.
If I have to attend a wedding that is the same days as this game, I reserve the right to skip the wedding and go to the game.
My wife and I are invited to 4 weddings on 4 different home games. My wife declined them all!
