I would minimize the importance of where he plays HS ball. He'll be playing AAU and doing camps non stop after the end of the HS season thru next late Fall.
That sir is correct. He will see plenty of competition in the off season. That won't help too much as Ames cakewalks through the rest of the tourney and all of next season, but it will keep him sharp. I would love to see Ames as a team play some of the other top schools in the country just to see how good they really are. There is not a team in Iowa that can touch them right now.
