Agreed. But you have to ask yourself "why not us?" Why can't we maintain a commitment to excellence? If we settle for less, that's what we will get.

I agree. You know what happens though? We write off season after season because we are young or it's a coach's first season or ----- fill in the blank. Those two seasons proved it could happen for us, but just like that they were gone and here we sit.

Well, he finally sounded mad. And he finally said ISU fans deserved better. Now if he'd just announce his resignation we'd have the tri-fecta.

I think someone should start a fire-the-ISU-coach.com site, then all you calling for someone to fire could just post there all the time, because it never seems to stop.

If you guys are so hot to trot about winning basketball games its real simple: JUST HIRE A BETTER BASKETBALL COACH...Thats what Drake and Iowa did!!!

McDermott said we had the game where we wanted it at halftime. He compared the beginning of the second half to the last seven minutes of the Drake game. He said we may see more minutes from guys like Boozer and Cam Lee because of their toughness level...

What do you think of MacDermott remarks on the radio broadcast.

That there will be line up changes. That the players that play hard will be playing. That he is tired of players doing to same mistakes over and over. That it is time to get this going because the fans want a winner now.

I am tired of the coaches making the same mistakes over and over. We can't score, we cant stop penetration, we get dominated in the paint. Maybe it is time we dtich the 4 guards and CB look.

Does this mean people aren't supposed to just stand around?

Lineup changes? What the two walkon approach isn't working at the Big 12 level? Who will see more playing time? Boozer and Lee? Ok, I guess....

makes me wonder what we are doing in practice...

Petey, Lucca, and Eik can't keep guys in front of them. We need them in on offense but need to figure out something on defense. I know Mac is a big M2M guy but we may NEED to go zone...

I was curious how they would respond following the whooping from Drake....this was not even in my worst case scenario.
