Not catchy name, but I still have my Raymond House Screaming Eagles sweatshirt from 1965.

Freshmen year softball we were Ron's Kids

Sophmore year it was Ron's Kids the Second Cumming

We had t-shirts made that had Ron Jeremy's face on them and Ron's kids printed in what looked like little kids finger painting. Still have the shirt and where it around the house doing chores. had it on while walking the dog last week. An older couple stops me to pet the dog, and as I start to walk away the old lady asks, " Whats Ron's Kids? Does it have something to do with the JDRF walk? You know I'm involved with that and think its just a great thing they do to raise money." I politely said no its an old shirt from college, and covered up the second cumming phrase and said I should get going.

At ISU, we used the intramural (regardless of the sport) name of "Maetnekufecin." The coordinators always stated, "You're that team with the weird M-name. What does it mean?"

And when they asked you would answer them by saying...?

I worked intramurals and loved seeing all the different team names over the years. You would see a lot of teams named "bye" in hopes that the other team didn't show. As someone said, "off in the woods" showed up a lot. Our boss said that there are only 2 words that aren't allowed in intramural team names. #1 is the F bomb, #2 is the C word. Everything else was fair game.

I do remember seeing a name for broomball (I think) named the "Drunk Pucks" or "Drunk Phucks."
