CPR was disappointed in TH`s decision to go to OSU. Herman is getting double the salary with the move. TH was a grad asst for Meyer at Utan, which would explain the interest.
I am sad to see TH go, but glad for him at the same time. I'm also glad that he is stepping up and will take this team to another bowl victory. I also think that showing he won't leave a program "high and dry" will go a long way in his future coaching opportunities and respect for him as a person.
TH is a good coach and a good guy. He has been very commited to his players over the last three years and you can't blame him for going to tOSU at all.
He is basically 2 or 3 years away from being a head coach (possibly BCS) if/when tOSU starts stomping the Big10. Meyers system with Braxton Miller will be pretty tough. They also have the luxury of having TH come in and be a specialist. He will be able to analyze from the booth and game plan with Meyer. He also gets to focus on developing Miller and the other QBs. This will be huge for TH.

You do realize this is his audition for tOSU fans. If our offense lays an egg and it is perceived to be because of him, he will be second guessed by tOSU fans before he is officially on the tOSU payroll. I have a few tOSU friends that are more interested in watching our game than their own now.
