I'd give my left nut for the one on the right but I don't see it happening. It'd be SICK though!
That looks exactly like what would be the likely outcome. What DO you see happening? It's single level bowl and includes the new scoreboard.
Im guessing he means the concourse part, id assume that the south end will not have the earthwork built up like the sides, so the concourse would be lower and the back of the lower bowl would be exposed.

Here's a few more images. Enjoy!
The scoreboard in the north will be done this spring/summer...Here's the plan....
* monday Nov 21st 2011, start work on both ends of the stadium
* start/complete the scoreboard project on the north
* remove bleachers from the south
* build an earthen bowl by bringing in the fill/dirt (huge project)
* do the underground/infrastructure work for the concourse connecting the East and West
* let the new bowl go through one freeze/thaw cycle and settle properly
following year.....
* since the bleachers are gone, the South Endzone, will have to be completely "hillside only" for one year
* following the 2012 season...finish the permenant endzone seating, concessions and concourse work

I heard it may not be ready until the Iowa game.
That's correct. It's getting a late start since there were additional bids brought in and then Daktronics upped the cost to cover the difficulty of actually building the support structure and mounting the screen. At least that's my layman's, probably incorrect, understanding of the project.
One last photo then I'll let the thread die.
Although I know it's not really necessary at the moment but had to throw in the uber large pressbox.
Looks like a Big Boy Stadium!

Make them condosVery nice. Only problem is that we'd basically have to have the largest demand for luxury boxes in the country to make that happen. Unless we built it simply for aesthetic purposes and put some kind of athletic offices in there, which isn't a horrible idea.
