I can say it. North End Zone Expansion! While the equipment is already there, just keep building.I think that at some point Jamie makes a guesstimate of just how many season tickets he might be able to sell, and sets aside that number so that he can sell the rest as single game.
I think he’d be quite happy to sell 50 or 55K in season tickets if he could, and not have to worry about as many single game seats.
If he could sell 60K? Can you say ”North End Zone Expansion”?
Easy. You forgot the hot tub section.
Replace the Hills in the corner with hot tub suites, the North end zone lower deck with Cy kid zone, mid level with club section and upper deck with regular admissions, band over the tunnels in the corner.
I'm kind of surprised their season ticket 'sellout' is only 63k when they have 100,000 seats.
Though i guess that could just be a case of allocation, where they could up that number next year if needed.
Has anyone seen any numbers for the rest of the conference? I would think OU has a lot of season tickets, UT at 63,000. Wonder what are the numbers for OSU, WV, KU, TT, and KSU.
Its tough to find. Not only because schools don't really report unless theyre hitting records, but because what they include in those numbers can vary. From what i can find texas tech, for example, didnt include their student section when they reported their numbers a few years back.
Now down to 90. Pace has slowed down quite a bit, looks like we'll end up just a few dozen short at this rate.
