You set a tone for the program here in Ames. It was incredible. Now go set a tone in the NFL. Thanks for everything David. It's your time now!

Being a Vikings fan I would love to see him in Purple and Gold, however, I know that is not going to happen. I think his best landing spots would be either Kansas City, Indianapolis, NYJ, or Houston.

Will miss him and his game a lot, but I feel we are in good hands with the RB stable. I'm expecting the OL will finally be the size and strength we have not had since McCarney's tenure.

Losing him makes me think this will be how it feels when my son leaves for college in a few years. Selfishly I don't want to see either go but will anxiously await the great impacts they will make in the future.

Wonder if he is staying in school this semester or going full on for draft prep/promoting and stuff? I am kinda big on our guys becoming graduate alumni at some point particularly great representatives of the program and the university like Montgomery.

Really can’t stay in school. Draft is in the middle of the semester. After he’s drafted, the team will expect him in camp. Until then his full time job will be training.

There's no way you can attend classes and do all of the traveling for NFL work outs.

DM is an all time legend and the ideal template for an ISU football player.

Good thing we've signed what seems to be our highest rated group of RBs ever.

Thanks. Shows you how much I follow the NFL and their draft, as in not at all! ;)
