What deals are you getting? The grandmother has a 7 year old dell that is on its last leg. Found a dell inspion for 299. Not a real fast system but plenty for an 80 year old grandmother.

This is a great deal. I got them last year and will be purchasing two more this year. They make for great gifts if you don't want to spend a ton of money.

Just my opinion but i would stay away from rca as well as westinghouse.

My parents have 2 westinghouse TV's about a 5 year old 32" LCD and a 6 month old 32" LED. Have not had a issue with either of them. Though I don't think $500 for a 46" RCA is a very hot deal.

I did some searching and i really didn't see much that would make me was to buy a TV today. I would say the RCA you found is among the better deals available today. There is a 42" at best buy for 399 and a 40" at walmart for $330.

Just a heads up that 10am some pc speakers are going on sale at amazon. M-audio av30's. I've heard a lot of pc speakers and these are near the top. I think i paid over $100 for mine and they've been great. They are currently at $80 but i don't know how they'll be priced at 10am.
