According to my guide they are showing Nebraska vs Texas Tech on tape delay. Hopefully that's wrong and they are going to show ISU.

CSN will NOT be showing ISU-Baylor.

They will be showing a replay of a game you can watch right now - TTU- Nebraska.

Right now I have the Notre Dame vs UNC game on channel 615 for Direct TV, do you think it will stay on for the ISU game? I would love, but I doubt it...just curious

I don't know, it worked for me during the UNLV game. I don't know if that was a promotional weekend or what.

Comcast Chicago: Tech/Nebraska replay at 6 p.m.

ISU/UNLV was during a free promotional weekend for the DirecTV Sports Pack.

Tonight's ISU/Baylor game should still be on DirecTV 617. If it's not, it will be on 615. No big deal (two bumps of the channel button). The game doesn't kick off until 6:08 CDT, so there's plenty of time.

I'm a DirectTV customer, but I don't currently subscribe to their sports pack. I'm assuming I have to do so in order to receive the Baylor game tonight. Does anyone know if there's still time to subscribe in order get tonight's game, and can I cancel after one month only?

It only takes about 5 minutes to do, so I'd imagine there's still plenty of time.

I dont' know the rules on cancelling though.

I also have DishNetwork. My guide says NU vs TTU. Why in the crap would they show a replay of a game that was just finished when they could show the ISU game live? I am stuck in limbo right now on if I should stay home and hope the game is on CSN, which is by far my preference, or go to the sports bar.

Because they cannot show it.

CSN contracts with FSN to provide content. FSN doesn't want competition in it's broadcast window with Oregon State-Washington State. So, basically, CSN's options are Oregon State-Washington State or a replay of the TTU-NE game.

Fox and DirecTV must have some sort of arrangement that allows DirecTV to put it out there on an alternate. I'm sure DirecTV pays for the privilege to do so.

Another example of Dish trying to save money, I'm sure.

The best way to handle this IMO is go to the bar, watch the game, drink a couple, celebrate the W. Worst thing to happen out of that scenario is that you find out it was on CSN but still got to watch. If you wait to see you will miss some of the game and that is not a good option.

Okay, so since this is probably not gonna be available on Dish, is there a free online radio broadcast I can listen to?
