Help: Connection Problems

I dunno if this is me or CF, but after having problems connecting, this is a message that I got after being on the site for several minutes:

I've been having a lot of database errors this afternoon, so it's probably not just you.

I've been having problems getting to cyclonefanatic all day. It kept saying cyclonefanatic.com was experiencing a database error or something.

The last couple days I have noticed that site was rather slow than this morning around 9am the site went down completely not sure when it got back up. But still having issues here as well.
