Good luck to James and his family!

And don't listen to some of these idiot so-called "Cyclone fans" that are knocking you. I never read anything posted by the Capello's that I didn't enjoy. Seemed like really, really great people.

I wish James luck at his new school and hope he gets to play there. You can't blame a kid for just wanting to do what he loves. Some guys are satisfied with just holding a clipboard for 4 years and getting a degree, which is perfectly fine too, but James never seemed like a kid that wanted to do that.

He also never complained, to my knowledge, about not getting a chance to prove himself either. Never got in trouble either. So what's not to like? I don't get it?

I do think we will miss him though. I'm still not convinced by any measure that Capello wasn't possibly our best QB on the roster? Maybe he wasn't, but if not, he sure is VERY close to being our best. Nobody at the QB position has stood out IMO at all. They are all pretty even. So James might have had just as good of a shot as anyone, but obviously he must not have felt the same way?

Good luck anyway to James Capello!

Just because the people are in the minority doesn't mean they're not Cyclone fans.

I never thought it was negative or embarassing in any way to have Mr. C post on this board. My only reaction was positive as I thought he might shed some insight on why a Pa. kid would sign with ISU. We need talent. Getting a better handle on why out of state kids pick ISU (or not) is key to future success.

So just cause posters have a difference in opinion makes them not cyclone fans... wow

Maybe you should stick to overreacting and melting down about cyclone sports some more.... It suits you better.

Wow.

pot calling the kettle black.

Your constant over reactions and statements have firmly placed you as the odd-ball of the board.

Yep, I am 21, and maybe so I'm being the idiot, but its all about opinions. Nothing is going to change mine, and you don't know jack **** about my father, so you don't need to head towards that route.

And you really don't know jack **** about TC, but that didn't stop you from going down that route.

Sad too see Capello go. Living on the front range, we obviously get a lot of CU action and when Capello came into the utah game he reminded me of a kid that played for CU back in the late 90's by the name of Mike Moschetti. He was a little guy, but was tough, had the repect of his team mates and ended up being pretty successful. Listening to the spring game on radio, I thought Capello did a good job of advancing the team down the field. Anyway, what's done is done, I wish James success in the future and will continue to monitor his progress...

Exactly what I was thinking. Didn't feel like getting ganged up on by a bunch of internet tough guys, though.

Best of luck to James and his family. James wasn't going to play here, but did his best and made a decision no one should be surprised about. James and his family will always be Cyclones in my book.

As far as some of the posts about James' dad posting on here(I only read through the first few pages) and making an *** of himself does have SOME truth to it. He has at times bragged his kid up(as most parents would) to be a super star. He has dissed all recruiting sites simply because James was not highly ranked. James shouldn't have been highly ranked as he was nothing more than a mid major at best player. 2 star fit his skills perfectly. However, that is just a small part of his posts, and Mr. Capello has shown true class to Cyclone nation and it is always interesting to here from a parents view.

With that said, I hope the Capello family continues to be part of the Cyclone family and keep us updated on James' progress at his new school.
