Actually, I don't think it did. It was there at 27 this morning, with only 2 commits, and went down for some reason after the Michigan State news. I'm not sure who moved above ISU.

I don't think the Malou signing has really had any effect on the ranking yet, because if you look at ISU's list.... 247 does not give him any rating yet at all......so it couldn't have had an effect....at least not a positive one.

I'm not sure they can evaluate someone until after they've seen them in person which is much less likely to occur because all the summer events are geared toward HS recruits

IIRC there was one last year or the year before; Chris Thomas, maybe? Don't think he's ever played anywhere tho. I think he was a top prospect out of NyC or something and couldn't make grades/ got into trouble. Pretty rare though.
