Missouri gets hosed-I wonder how close they would have had to come to OU to save their spot. They go from #1 to not in the top 10 for losing that big

Illinois in Rose Bowl, it might as well be us. We beat iowa who beat Illinois. Ok I know you can't do that but I think USC will handle Illinois pretty easily.

I agree, it's pretty bad. Could very well produce some good games.

Yet it really lacks a punch.

I guess that's what parity does...

Now we can e-mail Lennon and Co. because of the Lucca situation, and because they need to figure out something besides the BCS. This is freakin' pathetic.

First off, Kansas over Missouri is s*** as has been mentioned.

Second, how the hell does a three loss team (Illinois) from a poor conference (Big 10) get in over Arizona State? WTH?

I think the bowl match ups are good and fair. I am sorry Mizzou choked last night so they deserve the Cotton Bowl. As much as I hate to say it KU deserves the Orange Bowl. I have no problem with Illinois in the Rose either.

This is easily the worst set of BCS pairings ever. Hopefully this is the year that forces them to do something different. But then again, we've said that many times before, but seriously, this is the worst of them.

Holiday Bowl is under contract for #2 in the Pac 10.

I have no problem with Ill going to the Rose, but I just hated to see Ohio St. back into the national championship game. I hope LSU just lays on them to show how over-rated OSU and the big 11 are.
It's too bad a healthy Oregon could not play LSU. I think those are really the best two teams in the country.
Florida, Oklahoma and of course, Iowa, round out my top five. I still remember that onside kick robbery. Wait a minute, that was last year,or was it...

I would have loved to see Hawaii just throw all over the place on either of the Big 10+1 teams.
