Ames Wide Mediacom Outage this morning

If you don't already know, Ames mediacom users do not have a signal this morning. When I called they said it was due to construction and should take 2-5 hours to fix.

Knowing Mediacom bet on it being 5 hours. Every time they have a job with a time period they could arrive at it's always at the last minute.

Mediacom and Comcast are equally as crappy. I get comcast near the quad cities and it blows. Both always have outages.
